Shipping & Returns

Generally, we ship via USPS. As we hand make most of our products, we do not have a big inventory, please order early for any item - especially for the Christmas holidays or upcoming birthdays. As you can imagine, the cost of shipping has been rising, and we will try to keep the costs as low as we can. ground shipments are in the 2-5 day range depending on the distance from North Georgia. Indianapolis may be a 2-3 day delivery, while Seattle may be 4-5 day delivery. All times may go a few days longer during peak holiday shipping season just prior to Christmas.

 Keep in mind, once you order a larger item, our shipping costs are based on that item and the smaller, add-on items cost little or nothing to add. generally, we charge $1 to $2 for packaging our fairy houses (less for fairy doors) and whatever the rate is from us to you via USPS. Our Huge fairy houses will be specially cartoned and shipped via common carrier - call for a quote

Check all packages when received, if there is damage, errors, or our products don't meet your satisfaction - simply call us for a return number as soon as possible and BEFORE returning - use the original packaging if possible. If you are unsatisfied with the product, we will return your money, less return shipping. We do not charge a re-stocking charge.
  Special orders or custom projects are non-refundable unless damaged in shipping.

NO TWO PRODUCTS ARE ALIKE - the merchandise we sell is largely hand-made and will not exactly duplicate the colors and/or all features of the products as pictured on our website.
