Shipping

Generally, we ship via USPS. As we hand make most of our products, we do not have a big inventory, please order early for any item - especially for the Christmas holidays or upcoming birthdays. As you can imagine, the cost of shipping has been rising, and we will try to keep the costs as low as we can. Most orders are delivered within a week from the time we ship. All times may go a few days longer during peak holiday shipping season just prior to Christmas.

 

We can combine shipping of smaller items to reduce additional shipping fees where possible. We only charge the shipping costs we are actually charged by the post office. We use recycled boxes and do not charge handling fees to save the customer money wherever we can.

 

As an example, the average shipping cost within the U.S. for a small fairy house is approximately $14, larger or heavier pieces can cost significantly more depending on the destination and size of the shipping box.

 

Special orders or custom projects are non-refundable unless damaged in shipping.

 

NO TWO PRODUCTS ARE ALIKE - the photographs on this website are representative samples of the style of our products, but the actual products will not be exactly the same, i.e., branches or other decorative trim may differ. The basic body and roof colors will be as ordered. Please feel free to call for current availability of different color combinations.
